Im 5 ft 8 in., female,im 20 yrs old. I was 141 pounds. I had lost 19 pounds over a span of a month,(i used to be 160 lbs) i had unnoticably had been eating 600 calories a day though. But on purpose excercising 5 days a week, 1 hr each time. (I had started a low carb diet which led me to 600 calories a day, i got full off small portions always.) & i jumped to 145 lbs by eating 1500 calories a day these past few days. I know 1500 calories is more healthier for me but i gained weight. Will i gain it and lose it? cause im still excercising 5 days a week for an hour each & i still eat healthy. ( except this past weekend, i hadnt cheated in a while so i had 2 cheat days) :/
