I’m just wondering because I’ve reduced my calories, carbs, sodium, fat, and cholesterol for 5 months now and I’ve been doing squats and 100 pushups each day and I’ve gone from 180 pounds to 154 pounds but my stomach still sticks out. Like not far but when I sit down, it sticks out over my belt and my sweatpants waistband has this like permanent fold from being folded over because of my stomach.

I just want to feel normal for once and not like a big slob.
